Terms & Conditions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement and all related policies published by hoki77:

Access to and use of the hoki77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hoki77 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement consistent with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds forfeited subject to investigation.
• Residency: The Platform primarily serves players based in Indonesia. You represent that your access to and use of hoki77 does not violate any law, regulation, or directive applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register if you are subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent account closure.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You may not register if you have previously requested self-exclusion from this Platform or if you are enrolled in any voluntary or mandatory problem-gambling exclusion program.
• Non-Affiliation: You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of hoki77 or any of its affiliated game providers, software vendors, or payment partners.

To access real-money gaming services on hoki77, you must register a valid Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

• Accurate Information: Your registered name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and Indonesian bank account details must match your official government-issued identification documents (KTP or equivalent).
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hoki77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, contact our support team immediately.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, hoki77 requires completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a valid national identity card (KTP), proof of payment method ownership, and where applicable, proof of address. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours (WIB).
• Communication Consent: By registering, you consent to receiving transactional notifications, security alerts, and — where opted in — promotional communications via email and WhatsApp. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time through your account settings.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold exactly one Account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Duplicate accounts will be merged or permanently closed at hoki77's sole discretion, with balances handled in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.

All financial transactions on hoki77 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Bank transfers are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during banking hours; transfers submitted outside standard WIB banking hours may take up to 60 minutes.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly in most cases. The name registered on the e-wallet account must match the name on your hoki77 Account.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts, subject to security and compliance checks.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted between 00:00–06:00 WIB may experience slightly longer processing times. Priority processing is available for Players who have maintained an account in good standing for 90+ days.
• Matching Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. hoki77 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals to a new payment destination.

hoki77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion, as well as the general conditions outlined below. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotional offer is available once per verified Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that lapse beyond the validity period will be automatically forfeited with no right of appeal.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, sports bets, and togel (lottery) markets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: hoki77 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, exploiting game mechanics to guarantee outcomes, and coordinated multi-account play. Detected abuse results in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• Right to Modify or Cancel: hoki77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Such modifications will not affect bonus funds already credited to Player accounts prior to the modification date.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the hoki77 Platform, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other markets), live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting live-stream betting), bandar bola (football bookmaker markets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), slot games, and E-sports.

• Bet Finality: All wagers confirmed by the Player and accepted by the Platform are final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after acceptance except where hoki77 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect odds display, a data-feed malfunction, or a system glitch — hoki77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies even where the Player may have placed bets in apparent good faith.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, affected bets will be settled in accordance with hoki77's published sports-betting rules for the relevant market. In most cases, stakes on cancelled events are refunded to the Player's real-funds balance.
• Odds and Pricing: All sports-betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for settlement purposes, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• RNG and Fairness: All slot and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories and RTP figures are published openly in the game lobby. hoki77 does not have the ability to influence, manipulate, or override RNG outcomes.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with our customer support team within 72 hours of the disputed settlement date. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. hoki77's decision following investigation is final and binding.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the amount you fund your account over a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session-end timers to manage how long you play in a single sitting. You will receive a notification before the session limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming result, prompting you to reflect on your play before continuing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During exclusion, your account will be suspended, promotional communications will cease, and no new account may be registered. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Support & Referral: If you believe your gaming is becoming a problem, please contact our support team immediately. We will connect you with trained responsible gaming advisors and, where appropriate, refer you to professional counseling resources.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hoki77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimize proceeds of crime. hoki77 cooperates fully with applicable financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith after placing real-money wagers on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and sports-betting syndicates.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Deploying scripts, bots, AI systems, or any automated software to interact with the Platform on your behalf, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or harvesting data.
• Hacking or Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer the Platform's software, or interfere with the normal operation of any game or service.
• False Identity: Registering with false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using documents that belong to another person to pass KYC verification.

All content published on the hoki77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hoki77 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of hoki77.

The hoki77 brand name and logo are proprietary marks of the Platform operator. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context — including social media, promotional material, or affiliate sites — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

Your use of the hoki77 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hoki77 collects and processes personal data — including your name, date of birth, identity document details, contact information, payment method details, and gameplay records — for the following lawful purposes: account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and the improvement of Platform services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of our data practices are available in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hoki77 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, natural disasters, or cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control.
• Any temporary suspension of the Platform for scheduled maintenance, security upgrades, or unplanned technical incidents, provided hoki77 makes reasonable efforts to restore services promptly.
• Losses resulting from your breach of this Agreement, including account suspension or balance forfeiture due to prohibited conduct or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hoki77's gross negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

hoki77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or any other policy published by hoki77.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame following a withdrawal request.
• Determination that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for legitimate balance (i.e., where no fraud or breach is established), any verified real-funds balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to standard KYC and anti-money-laundering checks. Bonus funds are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the hoki77 support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki77 is licensed and incorporated. By using this Platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

Players who access the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to change. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their participation in online gaming activities complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their country of residence. hoki77 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions.

hoki77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed prominently at the top of this page.
